Vacation calculator is not fully functional. It’s not intuitive. Previous version was far superior and easy to use. Please correct the functionality posted in the reviews posted ( mine and others’) since update. ### 2/5 — Update is not helpful. *2023-10-27, version 1.8* I like the app except that you can’t back to the previous page. You have to keep starting over. It is not intuitive and difficult even to sign in. Please fix! ### 1/5 — Confusing *2023-10-20, version 1.8* After requesting condo, it says print out request…can’t do it. Hit the back arrow key and loose info and have to start all over again. Request condo says online or print to mail or fax in…no place to print our request form. Very annoying. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2023-08-10, version 1.6* App is completely empty. You can see categories like hotels, condos, tours, my account, etc, but when you click them, they are all empty. Deleted app and downloaded it again. Still does the same thing. They asked us for more money to upgrade and wet choose not to, so now we only have 69 locations from which to choose. And none of the locations are where we originally chose this to vacation club to go. We're feeling like we were ripped off! ### 1/5 — App stopped working *2025-07-14, version 2.0* Useless app ### 1/5 — GDV App insufficient *2025-06-26, version 2.0* Great for making the reservation but once reservation is made forget trying to remember it or even find it in a history. ### 1/5 — Not What Was Promised *2025-04-12, version 1.9* We signed up with GDV because they painted a beautiful picture of going on vacations for cheap and kept offering lower prices to us to sign up. We have tried to book two cruises since signing up and GDV won’t make it happen. We set up a meeting to go over the functions of the app to make sure we knew how to use it, and when a death in the family happened they were not accommodating to reschedule or to contact me again. I will be pursuing getting out of my contract with them in any legal way I have to. GDV is a joke. ### 1/5 — Customer service *2025-02-09, version 1.9* The worst I have experienced. Can’t log in and got a number for the sales guy and not able to leave a message. Imagine that. The money I have invested in the bogus site is out crazy. There’s nothing out there like it. We highly recommend it to anybody looking for an alternative to vacation homeownership ### 5/5 — 🌎❤️ *2022-07-12, version 1.5* Wow what an easy to use app. Just discovered it the other day. Highly recommend it to all Global Members. I even used this app to book a hotel discount… in the hotel parking lot! Awesome! Happy Global member here! ### 5/5 — Excellent app for GDV *2018-07-15, version 1.5* This app allows me to book all of the vacation properties the GDV membership offers online. ### 4/5 — Vacation History has stopped working *2019-11-15, version 1.5* When you go to vacation history you used to be able to access your vacation information, e confirm, receipt, etc.. it is now blank. You have to log in through the web to get that information. Please fix as we almost exclusively use the app. It is great except for this. The information is important when you are traveling. I have to use my computer which is not convenient. Not even an app. You have to start your search all over again if you want to look at other locations. It’s slow to load content and ANY time you use the back arrow it takes you to the log in page where you have to log in all over again. EACH time. Come on…really? And updated photos of the properties you are trying to have members stay at would be greatly appreciated. Another update 3 weeks ago which didn’t make any difference at all! I couldn’t book the condo offer through the app and because I’m traveling don’t have access to my laptop. I had to call the agent to book before the offer expired. Not convenient at all. #%~>€=@&%###!!!!!!! PLEASE GO BACK TO THE VERSION BEFORE THE LAST TWO OR THREE UPDATES. Your app used to be intuitive, user friendly and more functional. I hate that I need to use my laptop to have full functionality. So ridiculous. PLEASE, Pay attention to your USERS!!!
