The app will not recognize the login info that works on the website.  Pointless.  Should have an option for no stars.

To participate in a fitness challenge at work I down loaded this app but it’s been NOTHING but a pain! It gets hung up all the time and I end up having to delete and reinstall.  1/10 don’t recommend.

I have tried multiple times to get Face ID to work. I can set it up, but then when I go to log back in to the app using Face ID, I get an error message saying “Sorry, your email address or password are incorrect.”

The app just stopped working since I upgraded to iOS 16.3.1 looks like they never update bugs so not surprising

The app supposedly logs activity time by syncing with my Garmin Connect account but it was never able to sync, despite repeated attempts. It just kept saying “info will update in the background of the app” but that never happened. 
Also, you get points awarded for meeting pre-assigned goals, but you can’t see what the goals are without clicking into and out of every one. On the main summary page they just appear grayed out. It doesn’t make sense- how am I supposed to keep track of the goals I am working towards?
Not worth the hassle.

I have Garmin Forerunner watch and I syc my Garmin account but it’s not syc my data. When ever I try refresh it’s shows message and says it will took some time to fetch data .

This app links to Apple Watch but ignores the calorie counts, making up its own. I work out super hard, but that effort is ignored as standard calorie counts are given despite effort. Since it is a competition, this really is unacceptable.

This app is so slow to load, constantly when loading points from Apple Watch you have to close the app and reload to see everything reflected. Lastly the mapping Cigna has done from the Apple Watch to the challenge doesn’t make sense for some and the mapping that Cigna help has is clearly out of date. Improve this app…

You get points for logging activity on the app but the app refuses to let me sign in.  Keeps saying my email or password is wrong, in spite of the fact that I can log in perfectly fine using the same login credentials on my laptop.  No support option to contact for help within the site.  I am just going to delete it and sacrifice the points available.
