## What is Global IDV?

The Global IDV app provides identity verification capability.

1. Scan the chip on an ePassport and digitally verify that the information is genuine and hasn't been tampered with
2. Perform a live person check by analyzing a video using the mobile device
3. Confirm that a letter has been received to a physical address
