the plan did not work at all. i don’t trust this app at all. they took my money.

Well my 3rd time using them. It seems to take some massaging to get it to work correctly, but one it is setup the data is great at a great price.

They may be in Japan or SE Asia so wait until evening to contact them if you're in America.
