White text over a light blue background with white clouds. For anyone with a slight visual impairment, this is the dumbest combination the designers could come up with. If you use a light background, DO NOT use a light coloured text. There needs to be a lot more contrast to make it legible for everyone. ### 3/5 — Slow down the radar *2026-07-10, version 6.2.517* Have noticed the radar has sped up. You can’t even get a chance to see the detail. I sure you could get a seizure if you watched it too long. The data is accurate and timely. From an interface point of view, it could use some work. White font on pale blue and white background? C’mon. Try reading that when you’re outside on a bright day. Solid background with a font colour that contrasts well, or at least the option of a solid background. The lay-out is the worst I have ever seen. The old saying says, If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Please change it back to the way it was. I now have to go to different apps to know what the air quality is like ### 1/5 — The ads all look like p*rn pop ups *2026-08-02, version 6.2.517* I hate this app, not because of the weather but because of the ads that you cannot clear that use thumbnails that at first glance always look like p*rn. I’m no prude but I don’t want anything that looks NSFW popping up when I’m trying to see the weather. Figure out your ad situation, it should be embarrassing for global to have that on there. ### 1/5 — Needs Repair *2026-07-03, version 6.2.517* The weather statements and weather warnings cause the app to freeze and crash. Overnight it consumed 27% of my battery while it was running in the background. There wasn’t even any active weather going on. Used this app for years and then starting in June of this year it started crashing every time you use the radar page. Now it sucks.
