Several times. Eventually went with camera mode (quickly offering permissions, only to take them away immediately after… creepy data grab vibes), and worst process of the bunch, terrible alignment issues, worst pic of the bunch, hard to understand how, but it passed, so, I gave it two stars. After submitting the passport renewal application the passport office rejected the photo created by this app for not meeting their Country’s minimum passport photo requirements. After this happened again the second time I used another app to take my passport photo and check minimum requirements, that was accepted by the passport office. I have emailed the application support a couple of times now and never heard anything back. Bottom line is this application is not fit for purpose and customer support is non existent. ### 1/5 — Does what it’s supposed to but costs $7 *2025-08-25, version 2.3.1* I understand making this a paid service but I don’t need a subscription??? I just needed ONE picture and I ended up just paying the $7 for the “weekly” subscription and immediately canceling it since it did not automatically add the original uncorrected photo to my library. Have a one-time purchase for $0.99 as an option. I thought this app was it, however, I was wrong. There is no option within the app to cancel the service while it clearly says one time fee of $6.99 for one week of usage unless you wish to extend the usage time.
