It is because the upload page automatically crops the photo to a different dimension so the dimensions are always incorrect. Tried the same photo on the website and it worked as expected. Mind bogglingly horrible implementation. Also the ARN number on website and app are different. So if you make a mistake in the app, you can’t even correct it on the website. Literally the first field in the passport application form is given name and I can’t enter my full legal given name.
