I have to use it because Work mandates it so if only I could use WhatsApp. The functionality is such a low grade poor cousin compared to WhatsApp. Hate using it

Clunky UI and performance. Desktop version is even worse. In an age where texting clients is imperative and should be easily accessible & user friendly, this app comes up terribly short.

Basic text Messaging within my team works just fine but we upgraded to VoIP calling and the quality of calls is terrible.  International calling unintelligible.

Although I like to be in contact with my office, if I write a message and leave the app, when I come right back, it has to re-connect which take a few seconds. I wish it worked more like WhatsApp, which is instantaneous. Also, I wish the message would appear on the home screen so I didn’t have to connect for every “OK” message that I get.
