Bu uygulamanın en saçma kısmı teklifleri alıcılar veriyor dünya üzerinde en en ucuz teklif üzerinden veriyorlar ama gidilen ülkede mesela o fiyat değil. Mesela Bangladeş’te satılan bir ürünle İngiltere’deki fiyatı aynı değil. Yurt dışındaki o an olduğu ülkenin fiyatını verebilse her şey düzelecek.

I placed an order, used the option to pay now and highlight. The payment was done but it was never updated on the app. I tried contacting support but they have a mandatory field "subject" that doesn't work (I click and it doesn't display the options).

So I paid, didn't work, can't request a refund because it didn't work, can't contact support because it doesn't work.

PS: Paid with a card and the money left my bank account.

Fatura mı kestin ürün mü satın aldın oturduğunuz yerden zaten para kazanabiliceğiniz bi sistem yapmışsınız iyi güzel ama bu kadar da aç gözlü olmayın kardeşim. Bu işi yapmayı bilmiyosanız direk forum uygulaması yazsaydınız insanlar kendi aralarında anlaşsaydı fiyat için.

You will have the most difficult time when you want to withdraw money in Turkey. They send the money to your IBAN but the bank gets commission AND currency rate will be at your bank's discretion. You want to be paid in euro? Oh wait now you'll pay for SWIFT. They have the most thick-skulled support who will give you robotic email responses. I will never use this app again. I'm still trying to get my money and it has been 10 days since my customers received their orders.

Unfortunately, SWIFT deductions are not unique to Turkey; they are a standard procedure applied globally for international bank transfers. These fees are determined by the banks themselves and are not something Glocalzone can directly influence.

Additionally, currency exchange rates are also set by your bank. Glocalzone transfers the full amount to your IBAN, but the final transaction is subject to the policies of the banking system.

At times, due to high demand, our support team may respond with standardized messages; however, we carefully review each piece of feedback and are constantly working to improve our processes.
