In all honesty, best all in one app out there. I have signed up for MANY trying to find the best app for nutrition, fitness and tracking. I usually end up using 2 apps to do what I want to do. With those 2 apps I generally have to pay to get the macros I want or to be able to adjust my macros to my needs and not get the generic macros they offer in their one size fits all free portion. Then for fitness I never really found a great app. Found ones that did the job but that’s about it. This app offers both fitness tracking (which is user friendly and easy to do) as well as nutrition. It offers copying meals barcode scanning And a macro calculator (TDEE) which is pretty damn accurate! I did all my calculations by hand and the numbers are within 100 cals of eachother. Tracking is easy, it’s all in one and user friendly! Took me 2 minutes to configure the app! Get it it’s worth it!
