I tried to schedule a video consultation but 1. I did not receive a PIN code to start the session despite requesting multiple codes, and 2. I received a phone call that simply disconnected.  I was directed to this app via UHC SafeTrip but I will simply visit a local doctor that accepts UHC Global instead.
