앱 리뷰 안 남기는데, 앱이 정말 심각하게 느려요. 인터넷이 좋아도 앱이 느려서 송금을 못 하고, 은행에서 500,000PHP 한도를 높여놔도 일정 금액 이상 송금을 시도하면 안됩니다. 한국에서 앱 개발과 관리를 하는 것 같은데 랙도 너무 많이 걸리고, 한국 금융 앱 1프로도 못 따라가요... 이 정도면 필리핀 금융 앱보다도 별로인데, 도대체 어떻게 경쟁력 있게 나오려고 하는지요... 마케팅으론 우리은행 내세우는데, 앱 사용하는 한국인으로서 너무너무 실망스러워요. Favorite로 지정해도 바로 옆 탭인 즐겨찾기 목록엔 뜨지도 않고요… 관리가 시급합니다. 유저를 늘릴 계획이라면 그만한 서비스가 뒷받침해줘야 한다고 봅니다. 이용내역엔 remarks 칸을 이용해서 송금내역을 적어도 통장이나 송금 칸에 뜨지도 않고요, 심지어 account summary로 가면 reference number도 안 뜨고 똑같은 이름으로 떠서 확인도 불가합니다… 정말... 제발 누가 이 코멘트를 읽고 일 좀 해주시길 바라요.
