I noticed a payment was put through about 3 weeks after I purchased the eSIM. I had accidentally selected a VPN subscription when I made the initial purchase. I contacted the team on the Global YO app and within minutes a customer service representative called Ninja Marya organized a refund and cancelled my subscription.
