Maps and apps wouldn't load when I needed them most. App Blocked: Worst of all, you cannot access their app inside the UAE to ask for help. I was stranded without support. Save your money and buy a local SIM at the airport. I discounted one star for the fact that the application did not meet my needs. The esim for data worked just fine, but I needed to use the voice function and this did not work for me. I reached out to support and was helped to the best of their ability. I received feedback on all of my questions, but in the end the issue voice function could not be resolved in time. I was offered a partial refund for the unused voice minutes, which was processed within 2 business days upon my acceptance of this offer.
