## Most critical reviews (3 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Cancelation impossible

*2026-10-01*

Can not cancel, and they refuse to cancel. Apple takes them off the App Store

### 1/5 — Poor product

*2026-09-05*

Times I have tried to use it have failed

### 3/5 — App slow

*2026-08-04*

Part of the allure for me was the app. But unfortunately app is slow and buggy. Desktop functionality is great but not always practical for my lifestyle.
