Really intrusive auto-connect behavior that requires you to go 4 layers deep into system settings to disable it. Highly annoying. You can “Disconnect” within the app but it just turns itself right back on. Really really bad design.

The application works fine and is easy to configure, but when you install it at the iPhone you only will be able to connect through the VPN; you cannot just disable like at the PC. This IS A PROBLEM because when I pick the phone I expect to use it immediately but now I must wait until the VPN connects.
I also have tried to disable it at the iPhone settings but when I open any internet app automatically appears again the VPN login prompt.
I want to be able to enable/disable the VPN connection in order to use it only when I need. And when I disable it I expect not be bothered with VPN asking credentials all the time.

Downloaded app;
Entered my gateway IP; 
Connected using my credentials; 
Accessed what I needed and disconnected. 

About a minute later, app reconnects VPN on it’s own. I disconnected, but it happened again. 

This is behaviour that no user wants and I could not find the way to disable that feature neither in app setting nor on the gateway. 

Looks like a beta version of an app that’s still being under development. 

Quite a disappointment for the price of device or GP license

I finished setting up my GP portal and gateway and testing vpn from my iphone. Works fantastic! If you are having issues don’t forget you need a global protect license assigned to your firewall before you can connect from your iPhone or Android Global Protect app.

Es un excelente complemento para móviles, así ya evitó estar pegado a la computadora, si me dejo conectarme a mis servidores, solo tiene un pequeño gran detalle que espero corrijan en la siguiente actualización, y es que después de desconectarte y si quieres volver a entrar ya no te reconoce las credenciales por lo que tienes que borrar la configuración y nuevamente crear tu perfil para ingresar, ojalá se arregle esto

The App works as designed and as configured on your PAN firewall. Device connects quickly, able to access all remote network devices.

Users that aren't able to disconnect most likely are connecting to their VPN gateway that is configured for users to not be able to disconnect/disable VPN. This is typical for enterprise environments, where enterprise policy requires constant VPN connection.

If VPN gateway is configured for on demand mode, then just hitting disconnect on the App ends the VPN session as designed.

I have not tested two factor, so nothing to weigh on previous users experience.
