But I can't help but say that Globbing has one of the most counter-intuitive and least customer-friendly package consolidation systems out there. It's a shame. ### 3/5 — Приложение отстает *2023-10-20, version 4.3.8* Мне нравится как просто и комфортно его использовать. Но в последнее время приложении отстает от сайта. Когда открываешь сайт Глобинг, то там больше функций по отслеживанию посылки открывается. В приложении много нет. ### 4/5 — Баг с оплатой. *2023-10-10* Когда необходимо заплатить нецелую сумму, например, 10.8 долларов, то с мобильного тел это сделать невозможно. Тебе надо ввести 10.8 (точка), а всплывающее меню предлагает тебе ввести 10,8 (запятая). Соответственно приложение сумму с запятой не принимает. В итоге мне сообщают, что неправильно оформили документы и груз задремала таможенная служба. Пытаюсь регулярно узнать есть ли шансы, информации нет. Вернуть продавцу тоже не могут. It’s almost impossible to find someone who is responsible for damaged products. ### 1/5 — Stolen package *2023-01-27* Ordered a package from the US. The box was opened and then re-packaged in plastic wrap. Out of 6 items in the box, only 1 was delivered. The place I ordered from confirmed that all items were shipped. Globbing has spent 1 month investigating and continues to say that the items never arrived. Their reasoning was that the package was too light even though the majority of what we ordered were small items. They told us that they would check camera footage of the box opening, but then never followed up on the status of footage or what happened. Avoid Globbing at all costs. The missing items, shady repackaging, and way they deal with investigations makes them totally unreliable. ### 1/5 — Misleading service *2022-12-23* They promise to get you orders from 3-9 working days, don’t believe it month if you are lucky, don’t use their service and their customer support is a joke… ### 1/5 — Impossible to contact *2022-12-03, version 4.3.0* Impossible to contact call center. ### 1/5 — Fraud *2022-09-10* They never take the responsibility for delays, 2-4 days delivery can be actually 5 and still called 2-4 day. Customer support are rude, irresponsible and lazy. They don’t even do their job. They answer like robot, and they don’t even listen. They always late, your order will come in bad condition or stuck in customs. They don’t even want to help and do their own job. Worst part is they do not know how to apologize. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY… DONT USE GLOBBING!!!! ### 1/5 — Unreliable and bad customer service *2023-04-10* I have used globbing often but sadly not anymore (it seems management has changed). My package got lost in the warehouse and when we went to the office to see what they had to say about it, no help at all.
