Das Speichern einer eigenen Strecke funktioniert nicht. 10 Euro zum Fenster rausgeschmissen. Danke für Nichts

es tut uns leid zu lesen, dass bei dir augenscheinlich etwas nicht geklappt hat. Routen werden in der App automatisch gespeichert. Wenn du beginnst, eine Route zu kreieren, wird sie automatisch als Entwurf gespeichert - wenn du dabei abbrichst und erneut lädst, wird dieser Entwurf geladen. Leider können wir nicht nachvollziehen, was du mit “Strecke speichern” meinst. Bitte kontaktiere unseren Support entweder durch die App per Feedback oder per Email an support@globe-chaser.com - sende gern einen Screenshot von dem Problem. Wir helfen dir dann gern weiter. Das bringt eventuell beiden Seiten mehr, als nur schnell eine negative Bewertung zu schreiben - schließlich wollen wir ja auch, dass du für dein Geld das bekommst, was du gebucht hast.

### 1/5 — Gute Idee, aber technisch nicht optimal

Wir hatten heute eine „Schnipseljagd“ mit der App. Leider erfolgte keine Einweisung in die Bedienung der App oder ein Tutorial. Teilweise hatten die Gruppen unterschiedlich lange Zeit eine Frage zu beantworten (30 Sek bis zu 3 Min. )
Weiter wurden die Antworten, sofern diese aus mehr als einem Wort oder einer Zahl bestanden, abgeschnitten und somit fehlte teilweise der entscheidende Hinweis. Wir waren mit iPhone und iPad unterwegs und alle hatten hier das gleiche Problem. 
Somit hatten wir unterm Strich einen tollen Spaziergang, aber die App muss nachgebessert werden.

Ich kann es so oft versuchen wie ich will, ich erhalte einfach kein Code per Mail. Habe es sogar mit 2 verschiedenen Mailadressen versucht. Im Spam Ordner ist auch nichts. Damit ist diese App für mich nicht zu gebrauchen.

Habe lange Zeit nach einer App gesucht, die Wanderungen und City Trips zum Erlebnis macht. Globe chaser hat meine Erwartungen dahingehend erfüllt. Schade nur, dass die Routenprogrammierung über das Handy etwas umständlich ist. Über Laptop und Tablet klappt es aber einwandfrei. Wäre cool, wenn das angepasst wird. Aber tolle kostenfreie App die Spaß macht.
