Chat with Fit Coach. Ask about workouts, nutrition or your goals. You can share a photo or a health report, and it remembers what matters to you.
Personal training plans. Get a week-by-week running or biking plan built around your goal and your real activity. It checks off sessions you've already done and adjusts the plan if life gets in the way.
Instant workout feedback. After each workout you get a short, personal review with a tip for next time.
Scan a meal. Take a photo to get a calorie and macro estimate, then save, rename or delete meals in your log.
Challenges made for you. Fit Coach can suggest a challenge or create one on your saved routes. It only adds it after you say yes.
