When I tried to reopen the app, it crashed and won’t work at all. It might be a problem with my device (iPhone 7), but it had worked fine before. ### 3/5 — Errors *2024-07-05* Alot of errors and not sending observations and not deleting them either, in data entry . It consistently works well and smoothly for the most part with easy to follow guidelines on making the observations. I am reducing the rating by 2 stars: 1 off for the cloud observation chart. I use an iPhone. When I try to open the chart, the cloud photos flash in their assigned boxes for an instant and then disappear. On the top right corner you will see Forgot/Change Password. ### 3/5 — Cloud chart display issues *2022-01-15* I just downloaded the app and the cloud ID chart isn’t loading properly. The images showing cloud types load for a fraction of a second and then disappear. I’m on an iPhone 6s with iOS 15.2. IT'S NOT!! ### 1/5 — Cmon NASA *2024-02-20* I am a nasa employee doing outreach. We had a class of middle/ high schoolers, and nobody could get this app to work. Multiple devices. I’d love to contribute to it in any extent I can as a global citizen, but I’m a UI Designer & Art Director and the current condition of the app hurts my heart.
