Just tried to select my monthly items and I can’t add anything to my cart. It either says it’s out of stock or just does nothing. Every month I have some similar experience- I can’t select my items on mobile because of some show stopping bug. How are the reviews so high? I’ve been a subscriber for years but holy smokes this app is atrocious.

I subscribed to this company in March. It’s now June and I haven’t received a single thing. Customer service is email only and full of excuses about “delays from the supplier” or “moving warehouses” and anything else they can get you to hang on for. Buyer beware.

THERE IS NO ONE TO HELP YOU, and their system is CONFUSING. The recipient of my gift subscription did not receive their last gift. 
I HAVE TRIED FOR MONTHS to contact someone.
I WAS CHARGED for a recurring subscription I cannot use! 

The first and last time I ever try a subscription service without someone to reach out.

I am really upset that I have tried OVER 5 TIMES to resolve this issue and I get NO RESPONSE.
