This program was written by an amateur. For example, 
- I could be not enter a period in the amount. And that amount should have been available as a drop in. 
- Hitting Choose a payment method after entering data should bring back the form populated with the already entered data. 
And so on…

One has to transfer cash to the app and pay a surcharge for doing so. Ridiculously inefficient and a money-grab. Poor people have to pay…to pay. Make it make sense.

If you saw a charge, it likely came from the cash-in channel or partner service you used to pay. Could you email us at support@globe.com.ph with your payment method and a screenshot of the fee? I already have regular load and sufficient balance so tell me why I have to use a different payment method when trying to purchase a promo for a different number. Making me spend more money. Also look into improving your eSim registration it’s done poorly cant even get pass the verification stage wasted nearly 2kphp and didnt even benefit from it. Bought it because had to go home for an emergency and ended up having to buy for a physical simcard. Globe do better.
