## What is GlobeTravi?

You forwarded a flight confirmation, then a hotel email, then that one weird restaurant booking.
A week later you're trying to remember which day you arrive, what time check-in is, and whether you actually saved that café someone recommended.

GlobeTravi is the place where it all comes together.
Forward booking emails to import@globetravi.com and they turn into trips automatically — flights, hotels, trains, car rentals, restaurants, activities.
No retyping. No screenshots. No spreadsheets.

Once you're at your destination, GlobeTravi helps you make the most of it:

  • A live trip timeline that shows what's happening today and what's next
  • Smart suggestions for restaurants and activities near you, with the official website included
  • A travel diary for photos, notes, and the small moments — organized by day, automatically
  • Track expenses across the whole trip — split bills with travel companions, see totals in your home currency
  • A world map that fills in as you go, showing every country you've visited
  • Shared trip albums — your friends can add photos via a simple web link, no app required

GlobeTravi was built for people who actually travel. It's the companion app you wished you had on your last trip — fast, beautiful, and ready when you are.

  — No ads.
  — No tracking.
  — Your trips, your photos, your data, end-to-end encrypted in transit and stored in the EU.

 Travel light. Remember everything.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.4.0 — 2026-10-25

New: Surprise trips !
Planning a trip for someone special? Mark a shared trip as a surprise. Your guests see the dates so they can take time off, but the destination and the plan stay hidden until the moment you choose. Then they get a notification and the whole plan appears. Costs stay private, so they never see what you spent.

Also new:
• Try GlobeTravi without an account: explore a demo trip as a guest, then create your account when you're ready
• Faster, more reliable notifications
• Fixed trip dates that could show one day off in some time zones
• Smaller fixes and improvements

### 1.3.3 — 2026-10-02
