The mobile application is an extension of the Globitel Workforce Optimization solution; the app allows access to WFO agent functions through an easy-to-use and elegant interface. The WFO app will empower your agents by providing an end–to-end enterprise solution in real time, and enabling agents to perform call center back-end activities effortlessly through the convenience of a handheld portable phone.
