Please don't download this App, you will be forced to buy credits, please don't take risk. This is Day Time Fraud. 
There are loads of Trust Worthy Apps in App Store, so please be caution.

The app can be downloaded for free, but international calls are not.
You need to purchase credit, which is clearly explained in the description of the app.
