However, the back to back changing of the hotels were alittle overwhelming. Professional in a lighthearted way, that instantly made us friends w/ her, and we felt that she was our protector. The Globus experience was amazing. EVERY thing was taken care of for us. No worry about meals, transfer, boarding a ship, Rosie was there holding up the flag, w/ our tickets in hand! Again, An Amazing experience beyond words. We have two trips scheduled back to back. The first trip loaded automatically and worked flawlessly. The second trip should have automatically loaded 2-3 weeks ago. It still hasn’t loaded and our trip starts tomorrow. We’ve emailed the app support team multiple times and have yet to hear from them or to have the app updated with our second trip. GlobusGo needs to do better! Surely we’re not the only people taking two consecutive trips. ### 2/5 — Too Genric *2026-05-19, version 2.5* The app could use customization to the trip booked. And when available it took multiple tries on multiple phones to get our payment accepted. Annoying and frustrating experience. ### 2/5 — Be sure to read the detailed instructions *2023-06-13, version 2.1.2* Not being IT savvy, having only been involved in using it less than 40 years, I was careful to review the instructions on how to use the app. However, I never found any. My attempts to utilize the app were almost always unsuccessful. However, at least twice I stumbled upon something that was helpful. A couple of others on the tour tried to help but they were having same problems. Finally, in exasperation, I turned to my IPhone and paid the extra fee. Hopefully the rest of you discovered how to use it. ### 2/5 — Cannot use until close to the trip *2021-06-27, version 2.0.1* I was looking forwards to planning and exploring and hopefully getting travel tips with his app but we can't access it until just a month of the trip.
