That was up until I decided to purchase the 5g device. I am in between homes in Florida and the Philippines. Besides the Philippines being worse than third world they also think technology is just a word to learn how to spell. This Numen Air 5g was supposed to be the best. This is incorrect and has proven that StarLink is far superior. Mine is on order and cheaper than the device and data plan I selected. I’ll not be specific but…buy this at your own financial peril. This is one Amazon purchase I wish I had returned. Not having wifi is not safe for a senior living alone in the southern province of the Philippines. (Cantilan) This is what reviews are for. Someone will read this but I will wager only someone who decides the prospective customers should never see it. I’m embarrassed and more ashamed by the day. This new unit will be at the bottom of the river when the flood waters subside. I got this hoping to not be without wifi. I dug out an old pocket wifi (Ryoko/Muama purchased in a buy 5 package for less than $100. It got me through the flood and saved my life.
