Over $1,500 in charges were withdrawn from our business account without a clear or substantiated explanation. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, support responses were vague, deflective, and failed to provide any meaningful accountability.

For a platform serving small businesses, this lack of billing transparency is deeply concerning. Clear communication and financial integrity are not optional—they are foundational.

Given that Glofox operates under the same parent company as ABC Trainerize, this experience has raised broader concerns about trust, billing practices, and support across their ecosystem. We are now actively evaluating alternative platforms.

This app doesn’t do as it’s says on the tin, hard to log in , I put all my correct information in and still does not let me login, totally unacceptable 🙈

Another Glofox update, again failed communication, staff can’t get logged in to see who is class, constant crashes and starting to look at other options. Surely nothing can be worse than this.

It’s a wonder this company has any paying customers remaining with how terrible this product is. If Glofox in browser is a 5/10, the Glofox iOS app is a 0/10. The entire product team needs to be fired and replaced.

Twice as much data entry to create appts in different softwares because GloFox doesn’t allow calendars to be imported and exported.

I honestly don’t have anything positive to say about this system. GloFox always crashes, logs you out 50% of the time. The app function does not do nearly as much as the web browser version. Which doesn’t not make it fluid for our trainers to interact with clients and see their notes/goals. You can only see the schedule for that day, how is that any use? Will be switching over to a new system.

Since the most recent update I'm constantly getting
Logged out of th app when I don't want to so then have to find studio and log in again. About half the time my home studio can't be found and I have to delete the app and reinstall it again so it will work .

Do not use this company, they have a huge sales team but once signed up they do not let you leave. I have been charged 3 months at 300% the price I agreed to and have requested multiple times to cancel with their so called customer support saying they cannot help but they will pass massage to management who you never hear from. This has been going on from months and they are charging me without letting me cancel. Avoid at all costs if you don’t want to be permanently trapped and charged insane prices.
