It didn’t unlock the game. I tried clicking your app support and it’s no longer available. So you have my money for nothing. It’s already been taken out of my account. Explain why you have an app, but no support for situations like this. I have proof it was taken out of my account. **Developer response:** Hello! Thank you for your feedback. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Why I left last year *2023-10-15* I walked away over a year ago when these new short type of games were taking over. Came back recently and other than FF that is all that’s left. Very boring with no hidden object games, all of them. Well, I’m out again. Sad when a great industry commits suicide. Back to reading and all the new tv production choices. Or minus 100 *2023-09-27* I tried one of these developers games after giving up on them a year ago. Going back to giving up. Tap area is ridiculously tiny. There was one puzzle I had to use the hint multiple times to get out of it. The items are not sensitive to the touch at all. **Developer response:** Hello! At several points I had to resort to match3 to complete a HO scene. This is more like work than fun. **Developer response:** Hello! I found much of the puzzles confusing and extremely hard to figure what was wanted. I used the hints as much as finding things or solutions on my own. Hidden Objects in Very dark corners, tasks with no idea of objective. Endings suddenly come up. I would have quit early on except I paid for the game. No more! **Developer response:** Hello! We'll be happy to help! ### 3/5 — Gloomy Tales, Episode 1: One-way Ticket by LynxMinx *2023-10-01* Once again, it’s the same tired storyline of evil entity stealing souls. We see this plot in every single Domini game! Come up with something new already. These episodes are becoming much briefer as well. Gamers, if you upgrade to deluxe there is only one extra location. General gameplay was enjoyable, but there was a lack of touchscreen sensitivity impeding the ability to manipulate certain puzzles/games, as well as some of the HO scenes. It’s unfortunate because the tasks were entertaining to accomplish and this had the potential to be a good game. As it stands, I am deducting stars for the banal storyline and the lack of touchscreen sensitivity on the gameplay interface. I’ve had enough and Domini has been asked to enhance it, but they never do and it’s ruining overall gameplay. Spend less time on the special effects and more time creating a game that runs properly and is not frustrating to play! ### 5/5 — Big fish *2023-10-05* I love it I’m watching you both **Developer response:** Hello!
