I feel like a conductor with this thing. Emotional strength/chord complexity on the bottom row and rhythmic control on the top row. This has to have some testable therapeutic value. By touching the screen and manipulating a few commands, I've got a soothing beautiful track that changes and flows. I have it hooked up to my sound system, and it sounds great.
