Everything in it is amazing. From the full size body lotion to the pink highlighter. Love it all , such great value for money. Can’t wait for Augusts box. ### 1/5 — Permanent autocharge *2025-02-03* I have tried to cancel my subscription multiple times, both from the website, the app and fron texting with one of their employees and yet I am still being charged for the service. I paid for the 3 month subscription service and said I didn’t want to auto renew my subscription. I then look at my subscription which has now changed to an auto renew subscription. They don’t let you cancel the subscription by yourself, you MUST try contact and ‘employee’ to do it for you, which from what I can tell are ALL CHATBOTS that are just there to keep you talking. ### 1/5 — No customer service *2025-01-12* So they only have automated responses to messages it’s impossible to talk to a human about subscription. You CANNOT cancel. You’re locked in for a whole year and customer service is terrible. If you sign in as a subscriber I’d expect to see a sneak peek of the box for the following month.
