It’s user friendly and has recently had an update so it looks great. I love using the search engine to reserve books my children are eager to read (this is the only niggle I am having with the recent update), so I hope this issue gets sorted soon. ### 1/5 — Review *2025-06-02, version 2025.22* Just can’t login (attempted with more than one card) ### 2/5 — Still doesn’t work *2025-05-28, version 2025.22* I’ve been randomly signed out after much difficultly getting signed in. The barcode scanner doesn’t work, ever, and it refuses to recognise the correct PIN either. Also, it would be helpful to link multiple borrower numbers to each account as I have to log out between checking accounts for each child. ### 2/5 — Would love this to work *2013-07-25, version 1.3* Difficult to scan card and when I do the number is completely different to the on printed on it! Also pin that I ordered does not work with it, there are no instructions on the best way to scan and finally it is not obvious on the app how to contact the app owners for help.
