I haven’t had to bother my agent in months - everything automatically updates and I’ve been able to grab current ID cards and VIN numbers in off hours without issue. I’ve loved working with my agent and now I’ll never shop my insurance around or go back to carrier directly. The chat bot keeps me connected without having to wait on hold.
