Tonight the driver went to the wrong address, called me, took the correct address, said he was coming, then cancelled and ignored my calls. The app falsely claimed nobody was available. Absolutely shocking service. Order directly from the restaurant and collect it yourself. When visiting Spain and France and need convenience it's been so incredibly easy to use. I've also been able to send orders from the US to Spain and the app is almost entirely in English which I appreciate. Los repartidores muy majos, pero del 60-70% de los pedidos, siempre falta algo o hay varios productos ya caducados o a punto de (6 productos que caducan hoy mismo por ejemplo!!!) o en muy mal estado (incomestibles y podridos) y hay que reclamar y es una odisea reclamar por la App para que te devuelvan el dinero. Es una ayuda en el dia a dia para salir del paso. Pero realmente, me lo pienso cada vez mas ultimamente si necesito usarlo o si puedo ir yo misma mejor y así elijo mejor calidad, miro las fechas de caducidad….. etc empiezo a usarlo como ultimo recurso quizas ya, por todos los problemas. Eso para compra supermercado. Tambien en traer comida hemos hecho la misma experiencia.
