This is my first negative review ever. This app developer tried to charge me over and over even after the trial was done. Also the app is not good at all comparing to other AI based similar apps. Customer service doesn’t respond. Terrible experience.

As you made your purchase through the Store, payment information is managed by the Appstore. You must know that: according to Apple policies, if you signed up for a trial subscription and don't wish to continue, you should cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. ### 1/5 — Still trying to take money out of my account, even though the free trial ended

I’m confused to why this app is still trying to take money out of my account when the free child they gave me ended and I unrenewed my subscription the point of my money if I don’t even use the app anymore??

We are not able to charge you for a subscription without your authorization. Likewise, only Apple can refund you. You can visit this official page and follow the instructions: reportaproblem.apple.com. Please note that a subscription is always renewed. :) Also, if you take advantage of the 3-day free trial period, your authorization is requested to subscribe once it is over. I waited 10 minutes for it to finish and when I went to check on it it wasn’t there anymore.
