I did not get the FULL version I paid for. The only critique I would say is that it would be better if the images could be panned before edited so you could centralize the photo for home screen. It gives you a wide assortment of colors, background patterns and glow features to choose from. All this app does is create an image in the camera roll, and it does that PERFECTLY. You then have to set it as the background yourself. This works on the 3gs, and 4g iPhone and 32GB and 64GB iTouch ONLY. This app also helps you orgranize your icons without having to put them into groups. I like having pretty icons out in the open instead of having them hidden in groups but it gets pretty unorgranized so this app really makes it easier to group icons freely without having them hidden into a tiny group icon. With the crosshairs and you can adjust brightness and darkness of your colors, making it more customizable. All it does is overlay glowing patterns onto any wallpaper you have. Simple, but cool. The 'app' glow squares are excellent...adds a dimension to folders...when you open a folder the contents of the other apps and folders are a little more visible in the neon glow outline.
