This is my go to when I need to reset or feel anxious. The affirmations are quick pick me up and I love love love this sounds.

This app has been absolutely game changing for my day to day. Receiving daily notifications catered to my goals has been extremely helpful and one of those “I didn’t think I needed this until I got it” kind of things. The app is super explanatory, efficient, and effective. 
How I use the app: I personally use this app for fitness/nutrition (there are other options). I get daily notifications on why the gym is important, the benefits of working out, benefits regarding nutrition, why I shouldn’t stop, etc. 
I recommend this app to anyone who wants those little reminders for your set goal. It’s completely catered to you and you can also set how many reminders you want in a day.
