Great idea but not easy to work with.  Wanted to lose weight at a steady pace and don’t want to only drink protein shakes all day.  Still got menu with three protein shakes instead of three meals.  Adjusted but it wasn’t easy to figure out.  Start date got mixed up and when I tried to adjust, it’s giving me an error.

I really wanted to explore this app and see if I could see results and learn more about what works for me. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to generate a plan because the button does not do anything. I also paid for a yearly subscription since there was no trial option. I have contacted support with no response in 3 days. I will have to refund once my payment is posted. It seems this is a major bug that is affecting many users.

i just payed for subscription and i havent been able to use it at all. when i try to genarate my forst plan for the week nothing happens and the coach said theres nothing i can do to fix ot, i tryed logging out and back in restarting my phone and it still wont work i feel like o got scammed

I got the membership thinking it was actually going to help, then it told me I should be eating 300 calories a day??? I tried to cancel my membership and receive a refund immediately just to find out there’s no help number and no way to cancel it. I got scammed. There’s a help email but after about two or three emails and waiting a week or two I realized the email was probably fake and I’m never going to get a response. Now I feel uncomfortable that this company has my card information. Completely awful consumer support and experience.
