However my issue is with tracking the sleep. Sometimes it only has options to add two naps when my baby has three making it completely pointless since it does not accurately document the days sleep pattern. Additionally I am tracking a baby and a toddler. In the summary where it gives you the recommended amount of sleep ect. It seems to say the same data for both children even though I have tracked them separately and they are completely different. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Changes settings randomly *2025-06-03, version 1.0.32* This app has a glitch in it that changes the Glow settings whilst not in use so baby wakes up. DO NOT USE. The glow dreaming device itself we’ve been using for 7 years & upgraded to the new one recently which works great but the app literally changes volume, brightness & sound type (brown, pink noise etc) all by itself randomly causing baby to wake as the room goes suddenly bright red or green, the sound volume goes way down and baby thinks it’s morning. This needs fixing it’s a major issue impacting families sleep . ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-06-01, version 1.0.32* Terrible app, always issues with connecting. ### 1/5 — Great product. App is the worst app on the store *2025-04-14, version 1.0.32* Product is fantastic, works great. The app is absolutely rubbish and ruins it. If it’s set up on 2 phones, you’re constantly asking the other person to close it so it can be used and always having to turn it off at the wall to try to connect it once it’s turned back on. The dev team should really be rewriting the entire app considering this is a huge fail ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-06-02, version 1.0.28* Really disappointed with the glow dreaming and the app. I upgraded and got the new glow dreaming mainly for the green to rise function and it’s a total waste of money. The green to rise function never works and keeps turning itself off. When it does work you have to set it every night- and then hope it doesn’t turn off during the night. ### 1/5 — Expensive not impressive *2023-10-24, version 1.0.19* The features for tracking sleep means you need to pay even more money. This night light already costs over $100 yet they want more. The sleep tracker is limited to how many naps or night wakes you can put in which doesn’t benefit our schedule because my child wakes more frequently. Would not recommend this product for the price you pay and continue to have to pay. ### 1/5 — Infuriating paywall *2023-10-03, version 1.0.19* This baby night light is a total letdown! Want to preset asleep mode? Be ready to cough up for a subscription. Charging for basic features like this is a total rip-off. I’ve tried all the trouble shooting tips with no luck and can only use the unit manually. ### 2/5 — App crashes *2024-01-02, version 1.0.24* The glow dreaming device works amazing! However, I paid for a subscription for the app and as soon as I connected the device to the app; the app now crashes immediately unless my phone is kept on airplane mode and I can’t use any features in the app. I’ve tried troubleshooting but I think the app needs a bug update asap as I can’t use this app that I’ve paid for and have to manually use the device which means it does not let my child know when it’s okay to wake up Waiting for a reply from the websites team ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Game changer *2024-08-20, version 1.0.30* This is an absolute life saver and game changer. Loves the night light which seems to help him relax and know that its bed time. I like that I can turn the device on/off from the mobile app which means I don't always need to be in the room! The "green to rise" feature is also amazing as he knows that its ok to get up once the glow switches to green at 7.30am! ### 3/5 — App glitches *2024-09-07, version 1.0.30* The app isn’t allowing me to track all data. It adds and removes icons and glitches meaning you’re not physically able to click on anything. This makes my tracking in accurate as sleeps and nap times can’t be logged ### 3/5 — Incorrect tracking/ miscalculated tracking *2024-08-01, version 1.0.30* I’ve been using the app for 3 weeks now and originally when tracking my babies sleep it was showing correct for how much day sleep he would get, and wind down times but now that he’s sleep has improved it’s not accurately given me a number of his many hours it takes him to wind down as well as it’s day blank on the day sleep section. Otherwise the app has been great to keep track of babies sleep and really helped with getting us into a better spot with falling asleep and staying asleep 😊 ### 3/5 — Not great *2024-06-12, version 1.0.29* The sleep tracker is inaccurate and doesn’t allow you to correctly track the baby’s sleep times and wake ups.
