## What is Glow Jar?

For the days when you feel stuck, drained, or a little far from yourself.

Glow Jar helps you find your way back through the small things already happening: a tiny win, something you’re grateful for, or a beautiful moment you almost missed.

No long journal entry. One line is enough.

WHY GLOW JAR FEELS DIFFERENT

Most journals ask you to explain your whole day. Glow Jar starts smaller.

Every moment you save becomes a star in your daily jar. Over time, those stars become a reminder of what you handled, what you already have, and what still made you feel alive.

THREE WAYS TO NOTICE THE GOOD

• Win: Notice what you did, even if it felt small
• Thanks: Appreciate what is already in your life
• Sense: Capture something beautiful you saw, heard, felt, smelled, or tasted

A GENTLE RESPONSE, WHEN YOU WANT IT

Turn on AI reflections and Glow Jar will respond to what you saved with warmth and encouragement, helping your small moments feel seen.

AI is optional and can be turned off at any time.

MORE WAYS TO KEEP THE GOOD CLOSE

• Add a photo to a saved moment
• Watch your moments become stars in each day’s jar
• Revisit past jars whenever you need a reminder
• Read daily reflections created from the moments you saved
• See today’s jar from your Home Screen widget
• Start without creating an account

YOUR MOMENTS STAY YOURS

Your saved moments stay on your device. When AI reflections are enabled, the text you submit is securely processed only to create the reflection you requested.

Glow Jar Plus provides more optional AI reflections and daily notes through a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription. Saving moments and looking back at your jars remains available without a subscription.
