## What is Glow?

Glow – Light for Your Mind is a quiet companion for everyday feelings. Tell it how you feel, and it answers with one short line written for this moment, set against soft colors that move with your mood. No analysis, no streaks, no pep talks. Feel first. Fix later.

A sentence that meets you where you are
Choose your mood with a slider and emotion labels, or write it out in your own words (Glow Pro). Glow uses Apple Intelligence to understand how you feel and writes a short, calming line, like a tiny poem or aphorism. It can also save your mood to the Health app as a State of Mind entry, always under your control.

Mood Journey (Glow Pro)
See how your mood has moved over the past 7 or 30 days, read a Gentle Reflection written by Apple Intelligence, and look back on the words you’ve written.

Daily Message (Glow Pro)
Pick a time, and Glow sends you one gentle sentence each day. If you’ve already opened Glow that day, it quietly skips it. No streaks, no badges, no guilt.

Always within reach
• Siri & Shortcuts: say “Give me a new Glow sentence” or “Favorite this Glow sentence” without opening the app
• Spotlight: find your favorite sentences right from search
• Home Screen widgets that bring new sentences throughout the day

Calm by design
• Dark Mode: follow the system or choose Light or Dark; colors deepen softly instead of glaring
• Floating Text: your sentence floats gently above the background as you tilt your device
• Accent colors to make Glow your own (Glow Pro)

Private by design
Without Glow Pro, and on iOS 26, everything is generated on your device. With Glow Pro on iOS 27, the Automatic setting sends what you write to the Cloud Model, which runs on Apple’s Private Cloud Compute. Requests are encrypted in transit, used only to create your sentence, and never stored. If the Cloud Model is unavailable, Glow falls back to your device, and you can choose On-Device in Settings to keep everything local.
Favorites, personalization and mood entries sync only to your own private iCloud database. Glow has no servers of its own and never shares your data with third parties.

Glow Pro
A one-time purchase that unlocks:
• Writing how you feel, for a more personal response
• Personalization: self-description, tone and preferred colors
• Cloud Model (iOS 27)
• Mood Journey & Gentle Reflection
• Daily Message
• Accent colors

Glow is a companion, not a medical service, and is not a substitute for professional care. If you’re going through a hard time, please reach out to someone you trust or a professional.

Requires a device that supports Apple Intelligence.

Glow is here to remind you that you’re not alone. When life feels heavy, open the app and find a small light.
