PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION DISCLOSURES
GlowScore AI is committed to protecting your privacy. Before using any scan feature, the app obtains your explicit consent.

- Face Data Collection: GlowScore AI analyzes 2D facial coordinates (landmarks like jawline angles, symmetry indicators, and skin textures) from your uploaded photos or camera capture. We do not collect or analyze biometric signatures that can uniquely identify you.
- Planned Uses: Face data is processed solely to calculate your wellness scores, generate customized facial care recommendations, and run playroom compatibility analyses.
- Data Transmission & Third-Party AI: To generate these personalized insights, anonymized facial image data is securely transmitted to a third-party AI processing service (Google Generative AI / Gemini API). No personal identifying details are shared.
- Data Storage & Retention: All images and facial metrics are processed on-the-fly. They are NOT permanently stored on any remote servers. Your scan photo and results are saved only in your device's local cache so you can view your history. If you delete an item or clear your history in the app, this data is instantly and permanently deleted from your device.
- Third-Party Protections: The third-party AI processor does not store, retain, or use your submitted image data to train their models.

SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION & IN-APP PURCHASES
All core tracking features, advanced metrics, AI coaching, playroom scans, and detailed routine guidance require an active subscription.
- Subscriptions are offered inside the app as a Weekly or Yearly Plan.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel renewals at any time in your Apple ID Settings.
