I spent $4.99 to figure out what makeup would look best on me and it was loading for 2 weeks (still do not have any results) . I contacted them via email for a refund for them to fix the problem . I reached the “daily limit” and told I have to pay after I wanted to relook at my results. Its a lot of money to operate and there are much cheaper options elsewhere where you are actually able to see it without it kicking you off or saying to contact support. It has great potential on the other hand, just needs to work on some bugs and maybe some policy things for pricing. Keep in mind, after you pay for a weekly membership you will still have to pay for every hairstyle/haircut generator and makeup. To see most makeup things, you will have to exit the app and reopen bc it is bugged. Hope they can fix some things, otherwise the idea and what it was capable of doing in the time I used it was worth some type of payment and they provided correct information. ### 1/5 — Refund me! *2024-06-26* I have been waiting over an hour for the ai signature makeup and might I add I paid extra and still have not received the results.
