## What is GLP?

Tinsy is your GLP-1 shot and pill tracker: a private diary for semaglutide and tirzepatide treatments, weekly injections and daily tablets.

Log your dose in seconds, keep every injection site in view, and bring your doctor a real story instead of "I feel sick sometimes."

TRACK YOUR TREATMENT
- Shot log with a body map that remembers your last injection spot and suggests the next one
- Pills as a first-class record, not an afterthought
- Flexible schedules: weekly, every N days, split doses, custom dose changes
- Dose reminders that follow your plan
- Calendar and history: see at a glance when you injected and what comes next

FREE FOREVER
- Shots and pills logging, dose reminders, body map, calendar and history
- Home screen widget with your next dose
- Works offline. No account needed. Your diary is stored on your iPhone and backed up, encrypted, to your own iCloud.
- Light and dark mode

TINSY PLUS (paid auto-renewing subscription)
Tinsy Plus unlocks body, symptom, nutrition and cycle tracking, charts, Apple Health sync and the doctor report. Core dose tracking above stays free.
- Weight and body measurements as a trend, not a single number
- Side effects with severity levels, logged next to your dose
- Charts and trends, including your estimated medication level over time
- Protein, water and fiber goals
- Cycle marker for those who want it
- Apple Health sync
- Doctor report (PDF) with your whole treatment history

Billed monthly or yearly. Eligible new subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when the trial ends (or at purchase, if no trial applies). The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.

Whether it is your first week or maintenance, your owl is with you for the whole journey.

Tinsy is a wellness diary, not a medical device. It never calculates or recommends doses. Any estimates are for self-observation only - always follow your doctor's guidance.
