The Metrics portion of Data on the app that I am seeing is someone else’s weights and stats. Paying for premium, you would think that the information would be corrected quickly, but it has been a week. The AI feature can’t be used for guidance because it is seeing the incorrect starting weight, etc. However, it does tell me that this is a serious data breach and to contact the developer ASAP. All of the baseline data is wrong. App doesn’t work properly. While it was a little clunky at first (it never remembers which product you’re taking each week), I did like how it tracked both injections and weight loss. Unfortunately, when I upgraded from iPhone 16 to iPhone 17 last month, I discovered that the app is not transferable. All of my data is stuck on my old phone, and despite having already paid for the Pro Subscription , I would need to pay again just to use it on my new device. Support is unhelpful, with only automated email responses. It’s a real shame, because the tracking features are useful. I have to correct it each time I use it and then it times me out for network error. It started by giving me an extra 300 pounds and now says I’m below weight. Set it up but the graphs are awful and the app is not user friendly. It would not let me cancel after trial period so forced to pay for a year.
