## What is GLP?

Your GLP-1 routine, finally in one place.

GLP-1 Tracker is the simple companion for your shot days and everything in between: doses, food noise, side effects, and weight on one timeline.

LOG EVERY DOSE IN SECONDS
• Track Zepbound, Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro, Trulicity, and compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide
• Record dose strength, injection site, pain level, and notes
• Log injection sites across 6 zones to keep your rotation honest

NEVER MISS SHOT DAY
• Reminders timed to your injection schedule
• Your next shot date, always at a glance

UNDERSTAND YOUR PATTERNS
• Daily check-ins for mood, appetite, and energy
• Log nausea, fatigue, constipation, and 9 more side effects
• Charts that connect your doses, symptoms, and weight over time

SEE REAL PROGRESS
• Weight, waist, blood sugar, and blood pressure tracking
• Weekly averages and trend charts
• A personal plan with protein, fiber, and water targets, built from your onboarding

MADE FOR THE HARD WEEKS
The first months of titration bring nausea, food noise, and dose-day anxiety. GLP-1 Tracker is built for exactly that stretch: log how each day actually feels, spot which dose days bring side effects, and walk into your follow-up appointment with answers instead of guesses.
