Good way of managing weight and calories, though the step tracker stopped updating for me despite syncing with Apple Health

Ozempic is primarily for diabetics, so as someone with T1D I would like to be able to track more things for T1Ds like insulin resistance for example, and insulin doses while on GLP to track progress, which is the reason I am taking Ozempic. Not everyone uses Ozempic for weight loss :)

I’ve been on Wegovy for about a year, and boy is it a journey!  The progress is amazing (thanks, modern science!), but it’s not exactly easy. 

Between forgetting a dose, to reckoning with frequent side effects (I’ll spare the details), to not getting enough exercise, this Within Reach has been an amazing way to stay on course!
