*2026-09-09, version 2.2.1*

You still have to describe it and hope you have it right

### 2/5 — Doesn’t read/write to Apple Health

*2026-08-14, version 2.2.1*

App doesn’t read or write to AppleHealth. They don’t respond to questions sent thru contact form. If this was working, it would be a nice app

### 3/5 — App not moving to current day

### 4/5 — Very useful

*2026-07-15, version 2.1.2*

Very useful

### 4/5 — In my opinion, better than the rest

*2026-06-19, version 2.1.0*

There are many different apps on the store that do similar things. Obviously I haven’t tried ALL of them, but I have tried a good majority of all the other “popular” ones. I’ve tried 6 of them and this one by far is THE BEST out of those popular ones. It has pretty much EVERYTHING you need and want on it, and u like some of the other ones, it isn’t complicated whatsoever to understand and figure out how to use or check your stats. The main screen is put together very neatly, they offer a nice trial for if you’re unsure about paying. The only thing I kind of don’t like is it is a little pricey, 10 a month, or 40 a year. Obviously the 40 a year is cheaper but kind of expensive to just dish out suddenly for an app. I’m on the fence myself on whether I want to pay for it or not. It’s definitely worth it, but with low income it’s not really an easy purchase to decide on. Anyways, thanks for making this app less complicated than the others, but still more in depth for what you get !

### 4/5 — Wonderful App

*2026-04-10, version 2.0.2*

The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 Stars is the scanning of the barcode is not working for me. It’s not stopping me from using the app but would make it that much better… It’s still a must have.

### 2/5 — Meh. There are better apps to chart progress

*2026-04-04, version 2.0.2*

Pretty bland experience but has potential. Try Shotsy instead. Better display and cheaper.

### 4/5 — Won’t let me change goal

*2026-02-24, version 2.0.1*

My only complaint is as my goal changed it won’t keep update and always reverts to 1st goal weight I originally put in.

### 5/5 — What a waste

*2026-01-31, version 2.0.1*

You go through all the time of inputting food but it doesn’t save it

### 5/5 — Tracker is so helpful!

*2026-01-11, version 1.8.5*

I just started my GLP-1 journey. This app is making it so easy to keep track of all of the things that I should be paying attention to.

### 4/5 — Gpl1

*2026-01-08, version 1.8.5*

Good app

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2026-01-04, version 1.8.5*

Perfectly tracks everything for glp-1 weight loss journey.

### 3/5 — Great idea but falls short

*2025-12-29, version 1.8.5*

I paid for a 30 day trial so I could really see if this would work for me. Most disappointing is the food scanner does not work at all. Taking a photo works partially so it is better than nothing but not completely accurate.
Hopefully with some more time and development this app will be useful but I’m canceling my subscription.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Don’t change phones

*2026-09-06, version 2.2.1*

Great app… until you change phones. No way to sign in to your account. I already paid for this app and I’m not going to pay again to set it up new.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t sync to Apple health

*2026-08-24, version 2.2.1*

Like the title says constantly wants access doesn’t sync.

### 1/5 — Poor tracking

*2026-07-23, version 2.1.2*

While the app offers some good features it does not calculate nutrient tracking properly.

### 1/5 — Cost money

*2026-07-23, version 2.1.2*

Can’t use keeps saying to use this get the pro version

### 1/5 — Não está salvando minhas refeições diárias

*2026-07-20*

Não atendendo o q mais preciso

### 1/5 — Rigid and no response

*2025-12-21, version 1.8.5*

Not a fan. Put faith in this app for my weigh loss journey and just not happy. First and foremost…no response with issues. I am subscribed and when i got a new phone it dropped my sub. I tried to resubscribe just to get it running but errored. No response. Cannot save common meals..very inflexible in features

### 1/5 — What a waste

*2025-11-03, version 1.8.4*

You go through all the time of inputting food but it doesn’t save it

### 1/5 — App is unreliable

*2025-11-02, version 1.8.4*

It gets stuck, and I have to close it out and start over to get the day to advance. Also, currently and for 2 days, I’m getting an error when trying to use the food scanner. If it were free, it’s nothing but I paid for it! Disappointing

### 1/5 — BEWARE

*2025-10-31, version 1.8.4*

Offered a month trial for $4.99 at sign up but same day was immediately charged for the full year membership at $43.29. This app is very deceptive!!! DO NOT TRUST IT if you’re looking to do a “trial”.

### 1/5 — What free trial?

*2025-10-30, version 1.8.4*

The app offers a free 7-day trial before charging $59.99 a year, or a 30-day trial for $7.99 followed by a year at $59.99. Instead it immediately charges you the whole $59.99, no trial at all.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Game-Changer for GLP-1 Success

*2026-08-21, version 2.2.1*

I absolutely love the Pep GLP-1 app! It’s user-friendly, intuitive, and makes tracking my GLP-1 journey so simple. The resources and tips provided are practical and really help me stay consistent with my health goals. I also appreciate the personalized reminders and progress tracking—it keeps me motivated every day. If you’re serious about managing your wellness and staying on top of your GLP-1 routine, this app is a must-have!

### 5/5 — Effortless Tracking

Great app

### 5/5 — First Day

*2026-06-13, version 2.1.0*

So far seems pretty cool. No instructions, just winging it

### 5/5 — So useful!

*2026-05-18, version 2.0.4*

I’m happy to have found this app for my GLP-1 journey. It has some very helpful things. I’m hoping they continue to improve the food logging and it would be nice if they added fat to the macros. The food logging is a little clunky so I use a different app for that, but I love everything else this one does.

### 5/5 — Nice app

*2026-04-14, version 2.0.2*

This is a really nice app. You have to track medication timing, wait, hydration, foods eaten, etc. It has a lot of good features. The only thing that I wish is that the food tracking was a bit better because they don’t seem to have a lot foods on there. I even scanned barcodes of items and they did not have some of them. It wasn’t terrible, but hopefully they will upgrade eventually. Otherwise, the app is a great tool to manage everything and even enter notes to follow how you feel and to pay attention to side effects or symptoms so that you can better manage them week to week. I recommend this app!

### 5/5 — Best User Friendly & Complete App!

*2026-04-11, version 2.0.2*

I tried several of the top apps for GLP1 users. I was hoping for an app that allowed me to track both my dosages and my food intake while charting the fiber and protein that is so necessary. I deleted them all before my full free week was up because this one hit the mark straight on. Now that I’m using it the only thing that I would like to see is an at-a-glance look of what I still need to intake through the day for my protein and fiber totals.
Maybe they’ll add this in an update to the app.
I highly recommend this app.

### 5/5 — A Must-Have for GLP-1 Sistas!

*2026-04-05, version 2.0.2*

This app is everything I didn’t know I needed! From tracking my weekly GLP1 injections to setting daily water and supplement reminders—Pep keeps me on track without overwhelming me. I love how it’s designed specifically for people on GLP-1 meds. It feels personal, simple to use, and super encouraging. If you’re on a wellness or weight loss journey with a GLP-1, download Pep today—you’ll thank yourself later, sis!

### 5/5 — This is a great app for glp1 users!

*2026-02-20, version 2.0.1*

I love this app! It tracks shots, weight, measurements, progress. You can log a note (took me a week to find lol just press the + button it's at the bottom).

It's so easy to log your meals. Just take a photo, and it's pretty accurate.

I love the + button, it brings up a menu and you can just click on what you want to do.

Highly recommend this to anyone on a glp journey!
