## What is GLP&ME?

GLP&ME is the simplest way to track your GLP-1 treatment: shots, doses, weight, side effects and progress, all in one calm place.

WORKS WITH YOUR GLP-1 MEDICATION
Use GLP&ME with semaglutide, tirzepatide or a custom medication and dose schedule. It draws an estimated half-life curve for your dose, so you can see roughly how your medication level changes through the week. Switching treatments? Just update your settings and keep all your history.

TRACK YOUR TREATMENT
- Log your weekly shot with one tap
- See your estimated medication level throughout the week
- Track injection sites with rotation suggestions
- Keep your dose streak going

WATCH YOUR PROGRESS
- Log weight manually or sync it from Apple Health
- See week-over-week trends at a glance
- View your complete treatment timeline in the Journal
- Export a clean PDF summary to share with your doctor

STAY ON SCHEDULE
- Get reminded the evening before and the morning of your dose
- See exactly how many days until your next shot

LOG HOW YOU FEEL
- Track common side effects like nausea, fatigue and appetite changes
- Rate severity and add notes
- Symptoms are automatically linked to your most recent dose

YOUR DATA
- Your health entries stay on your device. Usage analytics, never your health entries, help us improve the app, and you can turn them off in Settings.
- No account required
- Apple Health access is optional and permission-based

SUBSCRIPTION
A GLP&ME subscription is required after setup, and it starts with a 1-week free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when the trial ends unless you cancel, and you can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.

Beautiful, focused and built for people on GLP-1 medication. Whether you're just starting or months into treatment, GLP&ME helps you stay on track and see how far you've come.

GLP&ME is a tracking tool, not medical advice. Medication-level curves are estimates. Always follow your prescriber's instructions.
