## What is GLPMGR?

GLPMGR is a calm, private GLP-1 tracker for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. Keep track of everything in one place (doses and dose steps, injections or tablets, weight, side effects, water and blood glucose), then take it to your appointment as one clear report. There's no account to create, no adverts and no tracking: what you record is kept on your device, and only leaves it if you export it.

READY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
• Premium: a PDF report of your doses, dose and medicine changes, weight and side effects for your doctor, nurse or pharmacist
• Jot down questions as they come to mind. They're printed on their own page of the report

DOSES AND DOSE STEPS
• Log each injection or tablet with its dose, date and time in a few taps
• Enter the dose steps your prescriber gave you and GLPMGR fills in the right dose each time
• Each medicine's leaflet wording on dose steps and missed doses (UK and US)
• Semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide, dulaglutide, exenatide and orforglipron, as injections or tablets, or any other medicine
• Changing medicine? GLPMGR checks it's the one you meant and marks the change
• For tablets: how to take them, from the leaflet, and a countdown for any wait before eating
• Reminders with a heads-up, a follow-up, Log Dose and Snooze, and low-supply alerts. Hide Medicine Names keeps your medicine off the Lock Screen

INJECTION SITES (BODY MAP IS PREMIUM)
• The injection areas your medicine's manufacturer lists for your region (UK, EU or US), linked to the official documents
• See where you've injected before, on a simple body outline
• GLPMGR never tells you where to inject. Your doctor, nurse or pharmacist can show you how and where

WEIGHT, SIDE EFFECTS AND PROGRESS
• Weight in kilograms, pounds or stones, with an optional goal, shown gently
• Note side effects such as nausea or tiredness in a couple of taps
• Water tracking with one-tap logging and gentle reminders
• Password-protected backups and spreadsheet export
• Premium: protein tracking (search foods, scan a barcode or label, or with Apple Intelligence snap or say your meal), Face ID-locked progress photos, body measurements, glucose charts, and an estimated medication level (a rough guide, not a blood test)

ON ALL YOUR DEVICES
• Apple Watch: your next dose, weight and water; log a weight or a drink
• Premium on Apple Watch: protein, a dose alarm that taps until you tap Taken, and watch face complications
• Premium: widgets for your next dose, water, protein, weight and journey, and a Live Activity countdown
• A plain-English guide and a "Words Explained" page
• Apple Health is optional and off until you turn it on

FREE AND PREMIUM
GLPMGR is free to use, with no time limits: everything above not marked Premium. Premium is an optional subscription that adds the features marked Premium: £4.99 a month, or £24.99 a year with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them in Settings > your name > Subscriptions. The free trial applies to eligible new subscribers on the yearly plan.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.8 — 2026-10-02

Weight and your body
• Your smart scale, read for you: turn on Settings › Apple Health › Read Weight from Apple Health, and weight, body fat and lean mass arrive as you weigh in. Nothing is added twice, and the timeline marks what came from Apple Health.
• BMI and waist-to-height: add your height in Settings › Goal Weight & Height.
• Clearer weight trends: a smoothed line showing your usual, weekly averages, your weight at each dose step, and your weigh-ins across the days after a dose.
• Body composition (Premium): lean mass and body fat over time.
• New Journey tiles: BMI, % Change since your first weigh-in and Waist-to-Height, plus Body Fat and Lean Mass from your smart scale (Premium). Each opens to its trend, and you can hide any of them.

How you feel
• A daily check-in: appetite, energy, sleep and bowel movements in a few taps, from a new Today tile. With Premium, see your answers across the days after a dose.
• Symptom Trends: how often each symptom was logged, week by week, and your check-ins over time.
• Fibre: foods you search or scan now count fibre alongside protein.

Today and Journey
• Every medicine on Next Dose, if you take more than one.
• New on Journey: This Week, Site Usage and Blood Glucose.
• Put Beside: press and hold a tile to pin it next to another.
• Compare two progress photos side by side (Premium).
• Steps from Apple Health, if you turn them on.

Charts that are easier to read
• Your doses on the weight line: each dose sits on Your Journey's line at your weight that day, in the shape and colour you choose (Settings › Appearance › Dose Markers), or along the bottom if you prefer.
• A calmer look: your latest weight labelled, and water, protein and glucose on strips of their own.
• VoiceOver can play the main charts as sound (Audio Graphs).
• Stronger text contrast in light and dark, and tidier layouts at the largest text sizes.
• Easier to use with VoiceOver: bigger buttons to tap, and decorative icons are no longer read out.

Your data, looked after
• Automatic backups: a password-locked backup saved by itself, daily or weekly, to a folder you choose, such as iCloud Drive.
• Hide Medicine Names now covers the low-supply reminder too.
• Remove All Data now also resets your goal weight, height and Apple Health choices, so the app starts fresh.

Medicine information
• In the UK, injection areas, dose steps and tablet instructions now come from each manufacturer's leaflet as published by the MHRA, the UK's medicines regulator. Sources are credited in Settings › About.

And plainer wording throughout, with new words in Settings › Words Explained.

### 1.7 — 2026-09-29

• Just ask Siri (Premium): log your dose, a glass of water, protein, your weight, a symptom or a blood glucose reading by voice. Say "Log my dose in GLPMGR" and Siri always checks with you before logging a dose. You can say "GLP Manager" too.
• Ask how you're doing: "When's my next dose?", "Where did I inject last?", "How much water today?", "How much protein have I had today?" and "How's my weight going?". Siri tells you only what you've logged, never advice.
• On Apple Watch too: log water, protein, your weight or your dose, and ask about your next dose, today's water and protein, or your weight, straight from your wrist.
• Private by design: Hide Medicine Names keeps your medicine out of everything Siri says, and your dose, weight, symptoms and glucose need your iPhone or Watch unlocked.
• Shortcuts, Spotlight and the Action button: every action is in the Shortcuts app, including Doses Left, Snooze My Dose Reminder, Open My Journey and Open Trends.
• Find every phrase in Settings › Siri & Shortcuts, or ask Siri "What can I do with GLPMGR?".
• Clearer countdowns: the time to your next dose now shows hours as well as days, on Today, the widgets and Apple Watch.
• Also: gentler, plainer wording in the welcome pages, and Current Weight on Journey now shows your goal and links to your weight trends.

### 1.6 — 2026-09-28

• A fresh look: Today and Journey now use the GLPMGR tile style, the same clean tiles, rings and headings as the widgets and Apple Watch, in light and dark mode and every colour theme. Prefer the old look? Choose Classic in Settings › Appearance; your tile order and sizes stay as they are.
• A new icon: a dose ring over the GLPMGR name, in your colour theme's gradient when Match App Icon to Theme is on.
• More room on iPad: Today and Journey spread across three columns in landscape.
• Charts your way: water, protein and glucose under the line on your weight charts, a Your Journey tile on Journey with each dose marked, and a choice of chart and dial styles in Settings › Appearance.
• Customise Today and Journey: Hide All and Show All, then add back just the tiles you want.
• Your name in the greeting: add it when you get started, or in Settings › Your Name, and Today greets you by name. It stays on this device.
• Richer reminders: press and hold a dose, water or protein reminder on your iPhone to see where you are: your next dose, last site and supply, or today's water and protein. Apple Watch shows the countdown or today's ring with the reminder. Every reminder button now has an icon, and Hide Medicine Names in Settings › Reminders keeps your medicine off the Lock Screen and the Watch's dose alarm.
• How to take your tablet: when you log a GLP-1 tablet, GLPMGR shows how to take it, in the words of its patient leaflet, with a link to the full leaflet. For semaglutide and orforglipron tablets where GLPMGR has checked the leaflet for your region.
• A countdown after tablets that need a wait: if your tablet's leaflet says to wait 30 minutes before eating, drinking or taking other medicines, Today counts it down and can remind you when
• Find a food's protein: search thousands of foods, pick from your recent foods, scan a barcode, or (with Apple Intelligence) snap a photo
of your meal or say what you had. Search, labels, photos your device; a barcode scan sends only the barcode number to Open Food Facts to look the product up.
• Protein your way: set your serving size from 1 to 40 g tile now moves in 1 g steps.
• Reminders, your way: a new Settings › Reminders page with an optional heads-up before each dose, a follow-up if it isn't logged, Log Dose and Snooze buttons, Time Sensitive reminders that come tect check-in after each dose, an evening protein reminder, and the weekly weigh-in for everyone. All off until you turn them on. • Dose alarm on Apple Watch (Premium): your Watch taps yue, three taps every 30 seconds or a pattern you choose, until you tap Taken or Snooze. • Changing medicine: when a dose is a different GLP-1 meMGR checks it's the one you meant, shows what the productinformation says, and can pause the old medicine's reminders. Each change is marked on your timeline, your Journey chart and the report for your doctor.
• Dose steps and missed doses: each medicine's own leaflet wording on how the dose steps up and what to do if you miss a dose, for the UK and US. Open it from the Next Dose tile, your dosing schse.
• A new look on Apple Watch: one screen each for your next dose, weight, water and protein, swiped left and right, laid out for every Watch size from 40 to 49 mm. With Premium, a countdown ring anatch face and Smart Stack.
• New widgets (Premium): Water and Protein with a button to log from the Home Screen, Weight, and Your Journey, in small, medium and large sizes and extra-large on iPad, plus a redesigned Next Do and Lock Screen countdown with Log Dose and Snooze.
• A smoother start: the getting-started screens now end with a look at what GLPMGR Premium adds, including a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan. Everything that was free stays free.

### 1.5 — 2026-09-26

• Appointment questions — Jot down anything you'd like to ask your doctor, nurse or pharmacist, whenever it comes to mind, in Settings › Appointment Questions. The doctor report (Premium) prints them on their own page, so they're with you at the appointment.

• Switching between injections and tablets — If your doctor, nurse or pharmacist moves you from one to the other, change it in Settings › Injections or Tablets. Please only switch on their advice. New doses then start on the right kind of medicine, and GLPMGR can pause your old schedule's reminders. Everything you've already logged stays as it was.

• Two more tablets — The Wegovy pill and Foundayo (orforglipron) can now be chosen when you add a tablet medication.

• Medication level trends — The Dose Phase card on Today now opens a Trends page with your recent doses and dose changes. The estimated medication level chart (Premium) has moved there from its own card on Today. As always, it's a rough estimate, not a blood test.
